BLACK JESUS EXPERIENCE

Black Jesus Experience (BJX) is a 10-piece band blending traditional Ethiopian music with 21st-century grooves, reflecting the multicultural vibrancy of Melbourne, Australia.
Led by Enushu, whose haunting vocals draw from her Ethiopian roots and life story, and joined by the poetic Mr. Monk, BJX creates dynamic performances rooted in improvisation across hip-hop, jazz, azmari, and funk.
