SECTEUR 410

Originally from the south of Réunion Island, located in the Indian Ocean, SECTEUR 410 was initially a group of friends, amateur musicians and passionate about urban music, who came together primarily for fun.

Founded in 2005, SECTEUR 410 is now composed of three singers: Gaëtan, Denis, and Jérôme, from the neighborhoods of Basse-Terre, Ravine Blanche, and Joli-Fond in the city of Saint-Pierre.

“Before”
In 2007, the group met DJ Skam (one of the most renowned DJs in Réunion at the time and now the event director of Kartel Prod). This meeting completely changed the lives of the three young men.
DJ Skam and SECTEUR 410 collaborated on several tracks, including their hit “Don A Li”, released in 2009, which amassed millions of views and streams. Many more songs followed, further solidifying their popularity. The group performed across the island and even in mainland France on multiple occasions until 2018.

“After”
After a break of several years, SECTEUR 410 reunited at the end of 2023, responding to the demand of their fans—but also thanks to DJ Sanjiva (producer), who became their official composer, DJ, and manager.

Since their comeback, the group has been releasing hit after hit, surpassing millions of views on YouTube, with songs such as “Nout’ Kiltir”, “Gayar”, “Granmer”, “Sentiment”, “Kréol Superstar”, and many more. However, it was the track “Héritaz” that truly propelled SECTEUR 410 to new heights.

Blending seggae, reggae, and maloya, SECTEUR 410 has created a unique musical style by incorporating urban influences into their traditional sound. This artistic direction, widely appreciated by the public, sets them apart. Their lyrics mainly explore themes related to daily life, culture, and social issues.

And the future?
SECTEUR 410 aims to produce other artists through their own label, Magma Music, and to expand their music internationally in the coming years—all while staying true to the originality that has made them one of the most iconic groups in Réunion.
