P.L.L
A trio of talented artists hailing from the southern region of La Réunion in Saint-Louis, united in 2014 to form the group P.L.L [short for “Power Love Life”] symbolizing the power of love in life.
The three longtime friends emerged on the music scene in 2017 with the track “Move It” in collaboration with the talented DJ Sebb. Their musical style is a captivating blend of Ragga Dancehall, which they call “La gommance,” creating a festive and catchy atmosphere that encourages everyone to be swept away by the rhythm.
The group’s meteoric rise continued in 2018 with the hit “L’Intéressant,” and their musical creativity was celebrated with a series of successful tracks, paving the way for the release of their debut album, 45° (Degrees), in 2020. Proud to represent their native island, the group explores local themes and neighborhood anecdotes through their music, while promoting values of respect and embodying the spirit of camaraderie and passion for Réunionese music.
P.L.L made a strong impact during the pandemic with the track “Dansé,” accumulating over 15 million views on YouTube. In 2022, their collaboration with loyal artists Black-T, Junior, and DJ Sebb gave birth to the international hit: “Roulman.”
Then P.L.L surprised the music industry with “Maya,” a track that quickly captivated audiences, accumulating 7 million views on YouTube in just 3 months and 2.5 million streams on Spotify. The catchy chorus of the song immediately sparked excitement on social platforms such as TikTok and conquered the trendiest clubs in La Réunion and mainland France, affirming the trio’s mastery in the art of creating instant hits.
